Darryl P. Connelly

Darryl P. Connelly is the Director of Transit Oriented Development and Real Estate for
the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA). Mr. Connelly has over 16
years of experience in real estate development, asset management and finance. He
currently oversees MARTA’s transit oriented development and real estate
acquisition/disposition program.

Mr. Connelly has worked in the commercial real estate departments of major financial
institutions in New York and Florida. He has been involved in both the debt and equity
transactions including the sale of a $393 million portfolio of non-performing loans in
Jamaica and the turnaround of properties throughout the country. Mr. Connelly has also
worked for a real estate development group based in New York City.

Mr. Connelly is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and holds a M.S.
Degree in Real Estate Development and Investment from New York University and a
B.A. Degree in Economics from St. Michael’s College in Vermont.
