ULI is once again putting on a great event that is a “must attend” for real estate professionals wanting to see what is moving and shaking downtown. I was able to attend the Young Leaders group meeting a few weeks ago hosted by Barry Real Estate Company to view their new project downtown. I think this project has created such a title wave of activity that it will be interesting to see where the wave stops. Even Le Petit Bistro is pulling up stakes at Lenox mall and will be serving up their famous white bean and truffle oil soup at this new RE hot spot.
