Word on the street is that Sembler Co. may be moving forward with it’s redevelopment plans for Peachtree Garden Apartments. See my original post here.
I just thought I would be the first to break the story here at Developing Atlanta. I will write more when I find out some details from Dekalb County.

Also, do not say “I”. We would hope an entire team was keeping us updated on a minute, by minute updating us on transactions or intent of transactions of what is going on. With so many players I/we would love to know concepultaily and actually what it taking place; that is big!!! YOUR AWESOME, DEB
