Wood Partners LLC has purchased a 2.4825 acre (108,138 sq. ft.) pay parking lot from Aeroswed Corp. and 3216 Piedmont LLC (run by Center Point Realty Partners LP) for $21.25 million, or about $8.56 million per acre or 196.5 dollars a sq foot on 3/31/06 (Deed Book 42276 pg. 360). The parking lot currently has around 350 spaces and fronts on West Peachtree and Spring Street. Wood Partners could not be reached for comments about plans for the site.
Finnancing was provided by Merrill Lynch Capital in the form of a 1 year 15.71 Million dollar note due 3/31/07
