Workshop: Shared Parking Basics
[September 11; 4:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.] Shared parking in mixed-use projects can help shape both the place and the bottom line. Parking structures are expensive, often unsightly, and take up lots of prime real estate. Reducing the amount needed clearly helps the bottom line while also making the project more sustainable. This workshop will cover the basics of shared parking, drawing on the latest peak parking demand data and parking ratios from the new Shared Parking book and software from ULI and ICSC. Join us for what promises to be a provocative and informative session.
