Please join the ULI Atlanta for a Site Visit and Tour of City Hall East; an intown redevelopment project of the 14 story, two million square foot, 1925 Sears building that will be transformed into Ponce Park, a vibrant 375 million dollar mixed-use project that will border the future Beltline.
The evening will include time for tours, networking, and discussing the project with representatives from the development team. The highlight of the evening will feature a presentation of the project as follows:
